About the Company
Our client is one of the local property industry. They are retail sale of other goods not elsewhere classified on stalls and markets typically refers to a broad category of retail activities where vendors sell a variety of goods in open-air markets, street stalls, or temporary stalls at events such as fairs and festivals. Now, they on the lookout for HR Supervisor to support the business.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies, job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Develop and administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Manage payroll processes, including calculating wages, managing deductions, ensuring tax compliance, and issuing payments.
- Understanding and comply with Myanmar's visa regulations and requirements for foreign employees, prepare and manage visa application documents.
- Stay updated on changes in visa laws and regulations to ensure employees' legal status and compliance with immigration authorities.
- Understand detailed job descriptions outlining roles, responsibilities, and qualifications required for each position.
- Forecast workforce needs based on business goals, analyze current capabilities, and develop strategies to fill gaps.
- Design and maintain organizational structures that define reporting relationships, roles within the company.
Experience requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR function
- Good at MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to self-start, find solutions and deliver results within strict deadlines
- Good command of English is a benefit
