Job Responsibilities
1. Training:
- Develop an organization annual learning and development plan.
- Create a training road map.
- In charge to coordinate with all section for all training function
- Follow up for drive individual development program successfully.
- Develop and conduct onboarding program
2. Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems and processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
- Train employees on performance management best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate performance management data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Create JD & JR to maximize the performance
3. Talent Development and Succession Planning:
- Identify high-potential employees and create individual development plans to support their growth.
- Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Collaborate with HR Manager and business leaders to develop and execute succession plans for key roles within the organization.
4. Employee Engagement and Retention:
- Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans.
- Collaborate with HR Manager to design and execute employee retention initiatives.
5. Talent Analytics and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain talent metrics and dashboards to track key talent management indicators.
- Analyze talent data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for HR Manager on talent management initiatives and outcomes
Experience requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HRD
- Specialist in HRD
- Having knowledge and experience of Career Path System, IDP, Succession Plan, Talent development
- Strong knowledge of performance evaluation methodologies, competencies frameworks, and retention strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Can work under pressure and have problem-solving skill
Education requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Laws, or Political Science.
