About the company: Our client, a prestigious luxury brand celebrated for its exceptional craftsmanship and premium products, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager. This role focuses on managing the store and ensuring high customer satisfaction, especially among VIP clients. The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in driving sales, fostering customer loyalty, and mentoring the team. In the Store Manager’s absence, this individual will step in to ensure smooth and efficient operations while upholding the brand’s renowned standards of luxury and service.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Uphold the company's image and ensure the team provides excellent customer service.
- Support sales staff in meeting KPIs and collaborate with South Asia management.
Client Management & CRM:
- Manage customer relations, especially with VIP clients, and ensure CRM goals are met.
- Implement customer action plans and coach staff on client management.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor staff, ensuring growth, training, and motivation.
- Act as Store Manager when needed and help define and achieve store goals.
Visual Merchandising:
- Ensure displays meet company standards and are well-maintained.
Operations & Inventory Management:
- Oversee store operations, including security and stock management.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and optimize stockroom management.
Experience requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience in luxury retail, preferably in a boutique or small store setting.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Passion for the brand, with deep knowledge of luxury clothing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook; SAP Retail experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are beneficial.
