Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate in establishing strategies and setting sales objectives in alignment with the company’s growth trajectory and policies.
  • Research and assess market dynamics, target customer segments, and competitors to formulate effective sales strategies.
  • Evaluate current and potential markets, and devise plans to expand the customer base, boosting sales and market presence.
  • Lead and nurture the sales team, both domestically and internationally, enhancing skills and exploring new sales avenues to achieve market share and sales objectives.
  • Review revenue and profit projections, track actual performance against targets, and plan enhancements to optimize company performance.
  • Define and allocate sales goals, drive overall departmental revenue and profitability, and monitor progress.
  • Plan and conduct market research, engage with customers, elevate the company’s reputation, and foster positive client relationships.
  • Oversee, plan, supervise, and refine sales operations to ensure alignment with strategic plans.
  • Coordinate promotional initiatives and represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
  • Compile and evaluate sales reports, address challenges, and present findings to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Offer guidance, consultancy, and problem-solving support within the department, ensuring the best outcomes.
Experience requirements
  • Experience in sales and marketing within the dental, hospital, or healthcare sectors is an advantage.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or marketing roles.
Education requirements
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in fields such as Marketing, Sales, Medical Technology, Science, Business Administration, Communication, Engineering or similar disciplines.
  • Proven ability to manage teams effectively and communicate clearly.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics and industry insights.
  • Expertise in negotiation, data analysis, communication, and strategic planning.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Strong command of English, with excellent speaking, reading, and writing skills.
