Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing Search Marketing Campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to objectives.
- Continuously analyzing campaign performance and devising insightful, actionable optimization strategies.
- Managing budget utilization effectively and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with organizational goals.
- Analyzing Ad Campaigns and overseeing tracking implementations for accurate data assessment.
- Monitoring and analyzing data from paid search campaigns to derive valuable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinating with the EU Headquarters and local LG team members to align on KPIs and streamline processes.
- Collaborating internally with other channels to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) and Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) throughout the customer journey.
Experience requirements
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Paid Search.
- Proven experience with Paid Search platforms such as Google and Bing, including proficiency in SA360 (Floodlight framework).
- Expertise in Google Shopping, Performance Max, Dynamic Search Ads (DSA), and Responsive Search Ads (RSA) strategies.
- Familiarity with Google Merchant Centre and proficiency in Feed Management Tooling.
- Experience in implementing and managing sophisticated smart bidding strategies.
- Proven experience in Ad Testing methodologies.
- Strong data and analytical skills, with proficiency in using Google Analytics.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills
