Job Responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment, hiring, onboarding, compensation, benefits, payroll, training, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, affirmative action, and employment law compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR programs, including workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment: sourcing candidates, prescreening, interviewing, and aligning interviews with company needs.
  • Prepare and manage employee documentation, conduct orientations, and ensure document accuracy and completeness.
  • Research, analyze, and review compensation and benefits data; negotiate vendor contracts.
  • Verify monthly attendance, generate payroll reports, and coordinate payroll processes with outsourcing and headquarters.
  • Stay updated on training trends, plan training courses, and gather employee requirements to enhance skills.
  • Administer HR plans and procedures, assist in implementing personnel policies, and maintain the employee handbook.
  • Maintain HR files and liaise with headquarters on HR functions.
  • Ensure compliance with Thailand employment laws and social insurance legislation.
Experience requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Political Science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the IT industry is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, proficient in reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and multitasking skills.
  • Customer-oriented.
