About the Company

 Our client is a leading global chemical manufacturing company based in Ayutthaya, offering a dynamic work environment with significant opportunities for growth and development. In this role, you will be key player in establishing the HR system and independently managing all HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and record management. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with top management and collaborate with the regional team.


Job Responsibilities


  • Manage the recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Oversee onboarding: prepare orientation materials, process employment contracts, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, attendance, leave, and performance, both locally and globally (Workday system).
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Support payroll by gathering and verifying attendance, overtime, and leave data.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Prepare monthly reports, such as payroll and headcount.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
  • Assist with conflict resolution and disciplinary actions per company policies.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, including the Employee Engagement Committee, company events, and training programs.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities management (e.g., uniforms, PPE).
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth office functionality.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for staff and visitors.
  • Support company meetings, events, and corporate activities.
  • Manage company communications, such as memos and newsletters.
  • Assist with the management of company permits, legal documents, licenses, and contracts.
Experience requirements
  • Proven 3 years' experience in HR and Office admin role
  • Familiarity with labor legislation
  • Good communication skills and presentation skill
  • People oriented is required
  • Good command in English both written and speaking skill
Education requirements
  • Bachelor's degree of higher in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
