Job Responsibilities
- Develop brand management strategies to enhance product image domestically and internationally.
- Create operational plans aligned with marketing strategies for distribution channels.
- Design and implement promotional and sales media plans.
- Manage consumer behavior analysis, budgeting, and oversee advertising and promotions.
- Set pricing frameworks and coordinate marketing communication across departments.
- Select and evaluate advertising agencies for alignment with strategy.
- Enhance brand loyalty through effective customer relationship management.
- Conduct consumer satisfaction surveys and manage operational expenses.
- Supervise and develop subordinates to achieve department objectives.
- Support employee skill development and organizational activities
Experience requirements
- 5-7 years in Marketing role (preferable knowledge in market research and product development).
- At least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Creativity, leadership, responsibility.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective business presentation skills
