Their beverages are known for their quality and diverse flavors, catering to various consumer preferences.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop brand management strategies to enhance product image domestically and internationally.
  • Create operational plans aligned with marketing strategies for distribution channels.
  • Design and implement promotional and sales media plans.
  • Manage consumer behavior analysis, budgeting, and oversee advertising and promotions.
  • Set pricing frameworks and coordinate marketing communication across departments.
  • Select and evaluate advertising agencies for alignment with strategy.
  • Enhance brand loyalty through effective customer relationship management.
  • Conduct consumer satisfaction surveys and manage operational expenses.
  • Supervise and develop subordinates to achieve department objectives.
  • Support employee skill development and organizational activities
Experience requirements
  • 5-7 years in Marketing role (preferable knowledge in market research and product development).
  • At least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Creativity, leadership, responsibility.
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective business presentation skills
