Job Responsibilities
  • Provide daily reports on all work appointment schedules and progress for key tasks to the CSPO and CSPC teams.
  • Schedule and facilitate internal and external meetings with all key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and send monthly emails on cyber and data protection awareness to all staff and outsourcers in both Thai and English.
  • Support the CSPO in organizing Cyber Security and User Privacy Protection Committee (CSPC) meetings, and draft minutes of the meetings monthly for the CSPO’s final review.
  • Assist the CSPO in following up on tasks with all BGs and departments until completion.
  • Translate legal documents from Thai to English and Chinese, ensuring the format is correct, and verify the meaning with the original Thai version. Distribute the documents to CSPC members and gather feedback.
  • Co-organize cyber security training sessions for all staff in collaboration with the CSPO and HR.
  • Collaborate with the CSPO and BGs to organize cyber crisis drills with key stakeholders.
  • Track and review expiring cyber security and data protection policies in advance, working with Legal Affairs, Compliance, and IT to revise content. Submit the revised versions to the C file system for approval and publication in the internal system.
Experience requirements
  • Possess a good understanding of IT, with experience in cybersecurity and privacy protection, and be familiar with IT trends such as Cloud, 5G, AI, and PDPA law.
  • Demonstrate a positive work attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Have strong follow-up skills, with a result-oriented approach and a commitment to deadlines.
Education requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in Business Administration, Computer Science, Technology, or a related field of study.
  • Language skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
