They are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support their marketing efforts and contribute to the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Sales Management: Develop sales goals and plans, ensuring the achievement of sales performance targets.
  • Design and execute sales promotion activities to increase product sales.
  • Monitor sales data, analyze market trends, and adjust sales strategies to meet market demands.
  • Store Establishment: Responsible for the planning, layout, and decoration of new stores, ensuring they align with the company's image and brand standards.
  • Plan and execute grand opening events to attract customers and enhance the visibility of the new store.
  • Training and Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team, ensuring they possess professional product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Develop training plans to enhance employee performance and team collaboration.
  • Visual Merchandising and Promotion: Ensure organized and tidy product displays to maximize customer attention.
  • Plan and execute in-store promotional activities to increase product visibility and sales.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure sufficient product inventory for new and existing stores.
  • Coordinate with the supply team to guarantee timely product supply and efficient inventory turnover.
  • Customer Service and Experience: Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service, addressing customer issues and complaints.
  • Supervise the team to maintain a clean, organized store and provide a pleasant shopping environment


Experience requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for relevant majors.
  • Over 3 years of retail management experience, with a preference for experience in Electronics product.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a successful track record of leading sales teams.
  • Excellent sales and communication skills, capable of effectively guiding the team to achieve sales objectives.
  • Familiarity with retail business processes and market trends, possessing market analysis and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong business insight and innovative thinking, able to propose improvements and innovative suggestions.
  • Proficient in the use of office software.
