Our client is a leading company in Thailand that specializes in producing, importing, and distributing premium food products, particularly dairy products. They are well-known for its commitment to high-quality products and has been a key player in the food and beverage industry for decades.
Job Responsibilities
- Formulate HR policies and present them to the HR Committee.
- Develop annual plans for recruitment, HR development, organizational restructuring, and facility management.
- Plan and manage the annual budget, approving expenditures accordingly.
- Ensure department operations align with policies, legal requirements, and regulations.
- Design and improve salary structures, benefits, and organizational frameworks to enhance business competitiveness.
- Advise senior management on HR strategy and development.
- Support and promote HR initiatives internally and externally.
Experience requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Law, Social Sciences, Organizational Psychology, or other related fields.
- At least 10 years of experience in human resource management.
- Strong knowledge of HR management, organizational development, labor law, labor relations, and budget planning and management.
