Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement for the café and restaurant.
  • Manage online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and local advertising.
  • Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and food critics to promote the café and restaurant’s offerings, focusing on authentic Russian cuisine.
  • Organize and oversee promotional events, such as themed nights, tastings, and special holiday celebrations to attract customers.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for the business and stay ahead in the local food and beverage industry.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and management team to ensure promotions align with menu items and restaurant goals.
  • Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum return on investment.
  • Analyze customer feedback and dining trends to refine marketing strategies and improve customer experience.
  • Develop partnerships with local businesses, tourism agencies, and cultural organizations to enhance visibility and attract target audiences.
  • Generate regular reports on marketing performance, including campaign success, customer acquisition, and overall brand growth.
Education requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or certifications in marketing are a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong skills in digital marketing and proficiency in marketing tools.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Experience in leading and managing a marketing team, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adapt strategies based on market trends.
