Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement for the café and restaurant.
- Manage online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and local advertising.
- Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and food critics to promote the café and restaurant’s offerings, focusing on authentic Russian cuisine.
- Organize and oversee promotional events, such as themed nights, tastings, and special holiday celebrations to attract customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for the business and stay ahead in the local food and beverage industry.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and management team to ensure promotions align with menu items and restaurant goals.
- Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum return on investment.
- Analyze customer feedback and dining trends to refine marketing strategies and improve customer experience.
- Develop partnerships with local businesses, tourism agencies, and cultural organizations to enhance visibility and attract target audiences.
- Generate regular reports on marketing performance, including campaign success, customer acquisition, and overall brand growth.
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or certifications in marketing are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong skills in digital marketing and proficiency in marketing tools.
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Experience in leading and managing a marketing team, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adapt strategies based on market trends.
