Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the comprehensive management of cafe operations, encompassing staff management, scheduling, inventory control, and cost management.
- Provide exemplary customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all patrons.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract new customers and enhance existing customer loyalty.
- Possess a profound understanding of coffee and other beverages offered by the cafe, ensuring a high level of product knowledge and expertise.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a highly motivated and skilled cafe staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Experience requirements
- Proven experience in cafe management or a related field.
- Strong customer service skills.

- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation.
- Food handler's certificate.
