Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the comprehensive management of cafe operations, encompassing staff management, scheduling, inventory control, and cost management.
  • Provide exemplary customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all patrons.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract new customers and enhance existing customer loyalty.
  • Possess a profound understanding of coffee and other beverages offered by the cafe, ensuring a high level of product knowledge and expertise.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a highly motivated and skilled cafe staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Experience requirements
  • Proven experience in cafe management or a related field.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation.
  • Food handler's certificate.
