Senior Finance

Our client is a joint venture between India and Thailand, involved in the manufacturing and distribution of synthetic materials. They might specialize in various synthetic products such as textiles, polymers, or chemicals, depending on their focus and expertise.

• Manage day-to-day banking operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
• Oversee cash flow management and forecasting to meet operational needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Manage credit facilities and ensure compliance with loan agreements.
• Execute treasury operations such as foreign exchange transactions and investment management.
• Assist in financial reporting and analysis, including bank reconciliations.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks related to banking activities.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal controls.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
• Provide leadership and development to junior finance staff.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in banking operations, treasury management, or corporate finance.
• Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
• Leadership experience and ability to mentor junior team members.
