About the Company
Our Client is a leading Thai company in the baby products industry as the AVP – Marketing, where your passion for baby products will drive strategic marketing initiatives and business growth. You will work closely with the Board of Directors and lead a team of over 20 marketing professionals to shape the brand’s direction, enhance market share, and deliver exceptional results. This role requires both strategic vision and executional expertise, ensuring that our marketing efforts resonate with parents and caregivers while contributing to the company’s success.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement marketing strategies with a deep understanding and passion for baby products, aligning with the company’s long-term goals and business objectives.
- Business Growth & Brand Passion: Drive business growth and brand recognition through campaigns that connect emotionally with parents and caregivers, enhancing customer loyalty and expanding market share.
- Execution Excellence: Lead the execution of high-impact marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and traditional platforms, ensuring they resonate with the target audience and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Collaboration with the Board: Work closely with the Board of Directors, presenting marketing strategies, performance updates, and growth opportunities, and provide insights that influence company-wide decision-making.
- Consumer Insights & Innovation: Use data-driven insights and a passion for understanding the needs of parents and babies to guide product innovation and market positioning.
- Team Leadership: Manage, inspire, and mentor a marketing team of 20+, fostering a collaborative environment where passion for baby products drives creativity and success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and retail teams to ensure a consistent, unified brand message that reflects the company’s commitment to quality and care for babies.
- Budget & ROI Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and marketing initiatives deliver strong ROI and align with business goals.
- Executive Reporting: Regularly report to senior leadership and the Board on marketing performance, market trends, and strategic adjustments, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Over 10 years of experience in senior marketing roles, with a strong passion for baby products and a demonstrated ability to drive business growth.
- Proven leadership experience managing large teams (20+), with a strong track record of leading successful marketing strategies in FMCG or baby products industries.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, particularly parents and caregivers, with an ability to create marketing initiatives that connect with their needs.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen, with experience presenting and collaborating with Board members and senior executives.
- Expertise in multi-channel marketing, including digital, social media, and retail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience managing large budgets and delivering measurable business results.
