Job Responsibilities
We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Gallery Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the face of the gallery, responsible for welcoming visitors, providing information about exhibitions, and ensuring an exceptional experience for all guests. You will play a key role in fostering a positive atmosphere and promoting the gallery’s mission.
Reporting to the Gallery Manager, the Gallery Administrator is a critical, cross-departmental role, responsible for supporting a range of significant functions of the Management & Administration and Operations teams, including front desk coverage, hospitality, and visitor relations; administrative tasks and data entry
Experience requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a gallery, museum, or arts-related environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal English – Thai communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for the arts and culture.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
Education requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in art, humanities, or a related field is a plus.
