Our client is in luxury goods business where are now looking for HRBP. In this role, you will work with various department, provide and delivers best practice focusing on HR solutions that support the business.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR contact for designated departments and regional/specialist HR teams on matters related to recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, and more.
- Align with the strategic workforce planning of assigned departments, taking full responsibility for recruiting qualified candidates for approved positions within the specified time frame.
- Collaborate closely with department managers, offering guidance on a range of strategic and operational HR issues.
- Provide department managers with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively manage their teams, ensuring alignment with people strategies. Offer coaching in HR practices to enhance their people management skills.
- Partner with departments to address and resolve employee relations issues, involving specialized HR functions when necessary. Escalate key concerns to senior management as needed.
- Oversee the training and development efforts for the entire subsidiary, including orientation, cultural programs, and skill-building initiatives. Contribute to leadership development programs in collaboration with regional training teams.
- Design and implement talent management programs to ensure the retention and growth of high-potential employees. Actively monitor talent to meet the organization’s evolving needs.
- Proactively alert management to HR issues or recommend projects that align with the company's HR strategies.
- Handle various HR projects and tasks as assigned.
Experience requirements
- HR expertise with a solid understanding of all HR functions.
- Experience in developing and delivering training and facilitation programs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage and collaborate effectively with staff and management at all organizational levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to address issues quickly and effectively.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with employment laws and industry practices, with the ability to apply them in relevant contexts.
