HR Supervisor

We are seeking an HR Supervisor to join their team. This role will focus on managing HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, labor law compliance, and compensation processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring HR functions align with organizational goals and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment process to attract and select potential employees who align with the company’s culture and goals.
• Develop HR strategies for efficient resource management in line with company directives.
• Communicate effectively with employees, fostering trust and promoting organizational culture.
• Monitor employee compliance with company policies while ensuring alignment with labor laws.
• Organize training, orientation, and specialized training programs for employees.
• Manage recruitment and placement to ensure staffing levels meet departmental needs.
• Oversee updates to company policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Administer payroll, employee compensation, and liaise with external agencies (e.g., social security, tax departments).
• Handle labor disputes and provide solutions in cases of employee conflict.
• Manage other tasks as assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Political Science, Psychology, or related fields.
• 5 years or more of experience in HR management or supervisory roles.
• Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and communication skills.
• Excellent leadership abilities with a positive, proactive attitude.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and employee relations.
• Proficiency in HRM & HRD functions with a strategic mindset.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with strong problem-solving skills.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
