Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring efficient and effective HR operations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage payroll and salary structure, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations; stay updated on legal requirements and provide training as necessary.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, orientation, and probation assessments.
- Drive people development initiatives, including talent management and succession planning programs.
- Collaborate with other departments to foster a positive working environment and promote teamwork.
Experience requirements
- Strong knowledge of payroll management and salary structuring.
- In-depth understanding of labor laws and experience in conducting labor law training.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment and employee onboarding processes.
- Expertise in people development, including talent management and succession planning.
- Experience in organization development.
- Excellent attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
