About the Company

Our client is a multinational corporation that provides a variety of services, including facilities management. One of the notable aspects of the company is its focus on quality-of-life services, aiming to enhance the well-being and satisfaction of individuals in the organizations and communities it serves. Now, they are looking for HR and Admin Manager to responsible for leading the Handling overall management of the HR functions at site. You will be working individual but have support from Head Quarter.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all HR functions within the organization.
  • Handle HR operations including manpower planning, employee relations, and retention strategies.
  • Develop and execute HR policies and strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Enhance HR tools and systems to ensure best practices.
  • Lead strategic planning in Human Resources Management & Development.
  • Responsible for workforce planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll, performance evaluations, training and development, employee counseling, and addressing disciplinary matters. Foster positive employee relations to promote harmony within the company.
  • Oversee employee drug testing in compliance with company policies.
  • Efficiently plan and organize employee work schedules.
  • Coordinate and manage regular employee health check-ups.
  • Collect and compile overtime and monthly allowance reports.
Experience requirements
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, with expertise in behavioral or targeted selection approaches.
  • Proficient in English (both spoken and written) with strong computer skills.
  • Excellent communication, service-oriented mindset, and a pleasant personality.
  • Self-driven, hardworking, with strong negotiation, interpersonal, and persuasive abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
