The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the HR function within the company. This role will be instrumental in driving organizational change and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. The HR Manager will work closely with Management to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support the company's overall objectives and facilitate growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives and vision.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting continuous improvement.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to attract top talent and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues, providing guidance and resolution to ensure a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and best practices.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns and implement appropriate actions to address issues and mitigate risks.
- Leverage technology and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
Experience requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the trading or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proven track record of leading organizational change and driving HR initiatives in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
