Our client is a leading Thai FMCG companies who operating their business over decades. They are now expanding their business rapidly in many categories and looking for Trade Marketing Manager to support their fast-growing business team.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement trade marketing plans in line with brand objectives and sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on promotional activities and campaigns.
- Manage and execute retail marketing initiatives, including in-store promotions, POS materials, and merchandising strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing activities to drive ROI and optimize future campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and external stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure proper allocation and management of trade marketing budgets.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods.
- Strong understanding of retail marketing, merchandising, and category management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven track record of delivering successful trade marketing campaigns.
