Our client is a leading Thai FMCG companies who operating their business over decades. They are now expanding their business rapidly in many categories and looking for Trade Marketing Manager to support their fast-growing business team.

Job Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement trade marketing plans in line with brand objectives and sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Manage and execute retail marketing initiatives, including in-store promotions, POS materials, and merchandising strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing activities to drive ROI and optimize future campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure proper allocation and management of trade marketing budgets.
Experience requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods.
  • Strong understanding of retail marketing, merchandising, and category management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful trade marketing campaigns.
