Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet the organization's current and future hiring needs, focusing on building a strong employer brand.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and effectiveness in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Full Recruitment Cycle: Oversee the entire recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their recruitment needs, develop job descriptions, and create targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to build a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and provide regular reports to senior management, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the company’s culture and values, enhancing the employer brand through various channels, including social media and recruitment events.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Drive initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the hiring process, ensuring a fair and equitable recruitment process for all candidates.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant laws and regulations and align with industry best practices.


Experience requirements

Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Education requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
