About the Company

Our client is international FMCG including oral care which now looking for a proactive and innovative HR Supervisor to manage all HR functions independently, focusing on fostering a happy, positive workplace culture.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, systems, and processes to enhance workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with management to drive initiatives that promote company culture.
  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Handle compensation and benefits administration, including employee welfare programs and performance incentives.
  • Ensure timely submission of payroll-related taxes and other statutory contributions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations, resolving workplace issues and fostering positive interactions between employees and management.
  • Promote a harmonious work environment by addressing grievances, mediating disputes, and advising on employment laws.
  • Implement programs and policies that boost employee morale and engagement.
  • Organize fun and engaging workplace activities that foster a happy, positive atmosphere and strengthen team relationships.
  • Assist in the recruitment process as needed, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative duties related to HR, including maintaining employee records, HR reports, and databases.
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in HR management, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, payroll processing, C&B, and local tax regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive HR programs that align with the company’s goals and culture.
  • Creative, fun-loving, and passionate about fostering a happy and inclusive workplace.
  • Good command in English.
