Senior IT Security Product Development

Our client is a prominent provider of advanced communication and IT infrastructure services in Thailand. They specialize in high-speed internet solutions and the development of robust fiber optic networks, delivering tailored connectivity and IT services to meet the specific needs of corporate clients and businesses.

• Lead the design, development, and full lifecycle management of advanced security products, such as threat detection systems, encryption solutions, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to implement robust security features, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously monitor emerging security threats, trends, and innovations, and integrate them into the ongoing product development process.
• Define and drive the product roadmap to align with both market demands and the company’s broader security objectives.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify areas for product enhancements and opportunities for new feature development.
• Work alongside sales teams to create effective product positioning, competitive pricing models, and go-to-market strategies for security services.
• Partner with cross-functional departments to ensure that security products meet customer needs and align with the organization’s business goals.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, sales, and other key teams to deliver technical training, presentations, and product demonstrations, highlighting the core security functionalities.
• Ensure that all product documentation adheres to data privacy regulations and industry security standards.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, ideally within the cybersecurity or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of security protocols, encryption techniques, and threat detection technologies.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and best practices in the cybersecurity industry.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams to drive successful product outcomes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or other relevant security credentials are a plus.
• Proven experience in product management for security solutions or platforms.
• Ability to manage complex projects and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
