Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee and improve all HR functions, including manpower planning, recruitment, employee development, engagement, compensation, and organizational change.
  • Control manpower planning and coordinate staffing strategies to meet organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with management and employees to improve workplace relationships, boost morale, and enhance productivity and retention.
  • Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Consolidate payroll data and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Conduct performance and wage reviews, providing guidance and support to management.
  • Generate HR reports and assist with ad-hoc HR projects as needed.
  • Develop clear HR policies and ensure employee awareness and compliance.
  • Maintain and report on workplace health and safety compliance to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Manage and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and organizational direction.
  • Resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation, fostering a harmonious workplace environment.
Experience requirements
  • Experience in HR management more than 7 years.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  • Good command in English
