Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and improve all HR functions, including manpower planning, recruitment, employee development, engagement, compensation, and organizational change.
- Control manpower planning and coordinate staffing strategies to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with management and employees to improve workplace relationships, boost morale, and enhance productivity and retention.
- Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Consolidate payroll data and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Conduct performance and wage reviews, providing guidance and support to management.
- Generate HR reports and assist with ad-hoc HR projects as needed.
- Develop clear HR policies and ensure employee awareness and compliance.
- Maintain and report on workplace health and safety compliance to ensure a safe working environment.
- Manage and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and organizational direction.
- Resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation, fostering a harmonious workplace environment.
Experience requirements
- Experience in HR management more than 7 years.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Good command in English
