Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the organization's business objectives and core values.
- Work closely with senior management to identify HR priorities and opportunities, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Collaborate to create and execute HR plans that effectively address organizational needs.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, development, and improvement.
- Mentor HR staff to enhance their professional growth and performance.
- Oversee talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and succession planning initiatives to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
- Establish and enforce HR policies and programs that promote a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.
- Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and support throughout the process.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform strategic decisions, track progress, and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while promoting best practices in human resource management.
Experience requirements
- Over 15 years of in-depth knowledge in human resources management, with more than 8 years in a leadership role managing HR teams in banking or financial institutions.
- Strong understanding of Thai labor laws and regulations.
- Exceptional strategic thinking abilities complemented by strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
