HR Planning Supervisor

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals, ensuring the company's growth and success.
• Oversee and manage all HR functions including hiring, payroll, employee benefits, compliance with Thai labor laws, performance evaluations, and employee training programs.
• Collaborate with management and staff to enhance workplace relationships, boost morale, and improve productivity and employee retention.
• Regularly review job roles, descriptions, and the job evaluation process to ensure they meet the company’s needs.
• Design and implement training programs based on the company’s business needs and conduct surveys to identify training requirements.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
• Strong understanding of HR roles and responsibilities.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing) for business communication.
