Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs at both global and local levels to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and compliance.
  • Apply Global Compensation & Benefits guidelines, processes, tools, and initiatives across the region, working closely with HR and business leaders to support organizational goals.
  • Act as the regional lead for job evaluations, salary range development, pay positioning, salary reviews, incentive plans, and local benefit offerings.
  • Oversee the integration of compensation and benefits strategies during mergers, acquisitions, or when establishing new operations.
  • Collaborate with the global Compensation & Benefits team to enhance processes, sharing regional insights and best practices.
  • Offer guidance, training, and support to operational HR teams across the region on compensation and benefits policies, ensuring consistent application of practices.
  • Communicate and share key information about compensation and benefits policies to enhance understanding and awareness throughout the organization.


Experience requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years specializing in Compensation & Benefits across multiple countries
  • Experience supporting a global business in a multi-cultural environment is highly valued.
  • Expert knowledge of Compensation & Benefits practices for a variety of roles, including those in manufacturing, is required.
  • Strong motivation, a positive attitude, and the ability to deliver results under pressure are key qualities. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities are also crucial.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, along with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed is expected.
