About the Company
Our client is a leading global supply chain logistics company, specializing in air and ocean freight, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain management.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee HR operations, including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, People and Organizational Development, HRIS, and Employee Relations.
- Provide HR insights to support organizational change initiatives, enhancing effectiveness and fostering people development.
- Lead local HR projects in alignment with global strategies and company policies.
- Collaborate closely with business groups to ensure HR operations meet business needs and drive impact.
- Design and implement HR procedures that improve operational efficiency within the HR department.
- Revise or establish HR policies and guidelines to adapt to organizational changes.
- Maintain strong employee relations while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience managing HR functions such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, and Employee Relations.
- Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role, with a proven ability to handle complex HR issues.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and organizational development strategies.
- Proven experience in optimizing HR procedures to improve efficiency.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in business English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools is preferred.
