Job Responsibilities

 • Oversee and manage financial and accounting processes to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial reporting.

 • Manage financial reporting processes to provide financial data for decision-making in areas such as budget planning, business plan creation, and presenting results to management.

 • Control the budget to ensure optimal benefit to the business and provide management with accurate forecasts.

 • Manage annual budget reporting, including expenses for staff, costs, and adjustments as needed.

 • Handle annual financial statement reports for employees and key stakeholders, summarizing data for accurate reporting and decision-making.

 • Develop and improve work processes to achieve cost savings and improve operational efficiency.

 • Continuously enhance accounting-related knowledge and skills to improve the team’s overall performance and productivity.

Experience requirements

Education

 • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

Experience

 • At least 7 years of experience in financial and accounting management.

 • Experience in Business Process Improvement (BPI) will be a plus.

Skills, Knowledge, and Competencies

 • Knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting standards.

 • Strong communication skills.

 • Problem-solving abilities.

 • Proficiency in English.

 • Computer skills, including Word and Excel.
