Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives that promote a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
  • Design and execute training and development programs to support employee growth and leadership development.
  • Develop and implement effective employee retention strategies to reduce turnover and improve job satisfaction.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on all HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and career development.
  • Oversee the entire payroll process to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
  • Manage employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee compensation and benefits administration, including salary reviews, bonuses, and other rewards.
  • Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage the recruitment process for replacing staff who resign, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding.
Experience requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in organization development, employee relations, and payroll management.
  • Proven experience in implementing employee retention strategies and improving employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Good command in English
