Employee Relations Manager

Our client is a global leader in electronic component manufacturing, delivering customized solutions to clients across automotive, telecommunications, IT, and electronics industries. As they expand rapidly in the electronics sector, they're looking for a dynamic People Engagement Manager to foster a positive and inclusive culture across our factory, with a workforce of over 10,000 employees.

• Lead to design and execution of employee engagement programs that inspire motivation and collaboration in a high-paced, large-scale factory setting.
• Build and maintain an open communication culture, ensuring that employees at all levels feel valued and connected to the organization's goals.
• Work closely with management and HR teams to improve retention, productivity, and alight with policy and compliance.
• Promote a positive working culture through recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities.
• Analyze engagement metrics and develop strategic actions to continuously enhance the employee experience.

• Proven experience in employee engagement, ideally within a large scale manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive cultural change and foster teamwork.
