HR Business Partner

Our client is global leading electronic component manufacturing and also provide customize solution for their clients. Their clients is in wide range of automotive, telecommunication, IT and electronics' business related. With expanding very quickly in electronic business they need HRBP to support business unit with applying HR practice to achieve company's goal.

• Collaborate with business unit, advise and work closely as partner to resolve people conflict issue
• Create strategy in oversee staff planning, succession plan, development employee's capabilities
• Lead and initiate change, communicate HR policies
• Support overall HR flow from onboarding to be a good journey of employee
• Data analyst for comparing salary structure, com & ben and other related issue to maintain turn over rate
• Work closely with management team from business unit side and HR team to support and make a better working environment

• Proven experience as HRBP is manufacturing in large scale size
• Strong understanding in HR operations and ability to be partner with business unit
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluently written and spoken in Thai with understanding Thai working culture
