About the Company
Our client is a leading retail business in Thailand with over a decade of success. They are now looking for a skilled HR who expertise in Compensation & Benefits to join their team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, updating employee records, and managing essential HR documents.
Job Responsibilities
- Accurately process payroll for all employees in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate deductions for taxes, benefits, and other payroll-related adjustments.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports, including P.N.D.1, P.N.D.1K, 50 bis, and contributions to the Social Security Fund.
- Upload pay slips to the online system for employee access.
- Address payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees in a timely manner.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR-related role (experience in retail is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), internet, and online platforms.
- Strong time management skills and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, active listener, and confident in sharing ideas and feedback.
