HR Manager

• Lead strategic HR planning, aligning with business goals.
• Oversee recruitment, workforce planning, and retention strategies.
• Design and implement training and development programs.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and employee welfare initiatives.
• Formulate and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
• Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Drive organizational culture initiatives, aligned with company values.
• Oversee administrative and corporate services functions.

• At least 10 years of experience in HR full-function (HRM and HRD)
• Experience in the Financial or Banking sector is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to manage complex HR initiatives and perform effectively under pressure.
