Job Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:

  • Create detailed marketing plans that use different channels like digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and advertising.

Implement Strategic Plans:

  • Oversee the rollout of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are executed on time, stay within budget, and align with brand goals.

Work with Creative Teams:

  • Collaborate with both internal and external creative teams to produce engaging content and visuals that connect with the target audience and reflect brand messaging.

Manage Marketing Budgets:

  • Efficiently allocate resources across various marketing initiatives, monitor performance, and optimize spending.

Drive Brand Awareness and Engagement:

  • Implement strategies to increase brand visibility and encourage meaningful customer interactions.

Lead Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay updated on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor actions to guide marketing strategies and spot growth opportunities.

Oversee Category Development:

  • Identify and develop new product categories, collaborating with different teams to launch innovative products.

Measure and Analyze Marketing Performance:

  • Use data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, find areas for improvement, and make informed decisions.

Collaborate with Advertising Agencies:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and achieve the best results.


Experience requirements
  • 10+ years of proven experience in marketing management within the FMCG industry, with a strong focus on category development
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with advertising agencies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results
Education requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
