Sales & Marketing Manager

The client operates the outbound tour and travel company in Thailand. Currently, they are searching for "Sales & Marketing Manager" This role is responsible for overseeing and managing sales and marketing activities for a tourism section in company. This role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness for agent, driving sales and growing the company’s market share within the tourism industry.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients (corporates, travel agents, individuals).
• Promote travel packages, hotel bookings, and tourism services to existing and potential clients.
• Negotiate terms of contracts and close deals with clients and partners.
• Attend tourism trade fairs, conferences, and networking events to promote the company’s offerings.
• Provide excellent customer service to maintain long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional materials and campaigns.
• Report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to improve offerings.

• Proven sales and marketing experience in tourism, hospitality or outbound travel services.
• Strong agent management, networking and communication skills.
• Knowledge of tourism products and customer needs.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Good command in English and Thai

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business, or related field.
