Internal Communication

Our client is a global & well-known luxury product manufacturing, they are production hub center to export products to over the world. With over 3,000 size of employees, now they're looking for a dynamic HR-Internal Communication to foster employee engagement, ensure company’s culture and values are communicated clearly, and support change management efforts.

• Develop communications strategies to design, create communication plan to align with management goal and also ensure employee understand the key messages
• Promote a positive work culture by sharing success stories, employee spotlights, and team achievements with activities, channel both online and offline
• Create and edit content for internal newsletters, intranet updates, presentations, and other communication channels with clear and concise tone of voice
• Collaborate with HR and management team for initiative to organization

• Proven experience in HR function under Employee Engagement, and direct experience to do project to communicate with employee
• Understanding full loop of HR, and ideally within a large scale manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive cultural change and foster teamwork.
• A proactive, strategic mindset with a passion for building strong organizational culture.
• As our client operates in a global working environment with a majority of Thai employees, we require candidates who are fluent in English and native Thai speakers, with the ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in Thai
