About the Company

Our client, a leading retail business in Thailand, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Supervisor to oversee the full recruitment process, partner with hiring managers, and proactively source top talent. This role involves managing interview procedures, updating job descriptions, building long-term candidate relationships, optimizing recruitment strategies, and leading employer branding initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a background in recruitment, strong communication skills, and experience working cross-functionally.

Job Responsibilities
  • Drive the Recruitment Process: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring headcounts are filled with top talent promptly and efficiently.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deliver a smooth, purpose-driven hiring experience.
  • Streamline Interview Process: Coordinate screening calls, assessments, and interviews to ensure an efficient selection process.
  • Tailor Job Descriptions: Update job descriptions and interview questions to align with company values and specific role requirements.
  • Build Lasting Connections: Foster ongoing relationships with potential candidates and previous applicants.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Track recruitment data to continuously enhance recruitment strategies for better outcomes.
  • Weekly Reporting: Provide regular recruitment updates to hiring and line managers.
  • Employer Branding: Lead branding initiatives and represent the organization at job fairs and recruitment events.
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven success as a Talent Acquisition or similar role, with mass recruitment experience as a plus.
  • Skilled in working with senior management and across various teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with all major online recruitment channels.
