Job Responsibilities
- Design and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives to boost engagement levels.
- Collaborate with management to identify and address issues affecting employee engagement.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between employees and management to maintain a positive work culture.
- Monitor and provide guidance on the performance management framework, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and implement systems for employee engagement and performance management.
Experience requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in employee engagement, performance management systems (PMS), HR strategy, or HR planning (preferred).
- Proficiency in English.
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a related field.
