About the Company
Our client is a prominent international school network dedicated to fostering an enriching educational environment across multiple campuses in Thailand. They provide comprehensive HR services to ensure effective staffing, training, and operational alignment across their locations. They are seeking a Senior HR Supervisor to collaborate closely with the Head of HR, supporting the employee lifecycle and HR operations, and to align HR policies with regional initiatives to drive organizational growth and ensure compliance with local laws.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of HR to manage all stages of the employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to offboarding.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including working with hiring managers, managing job postings, conducting interviews, and handling onboarding processes.
- Lead payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accurate payroll processing, benefits renewals, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Implement and support performance management processes, training, and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Collaborate with various departments as an HR liaison, providing advice on staffing, compliance, and HR policies.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business management.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR generalist experience, with a focus on HR business partnering or similar.
- Proficiency in HR systems, including Applicant Tracking Systems and Performance Management tools.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws, compliance processes, and payroll.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
