About the Company

Our client operates in the education sector and is now looking for an HROR Director to drive HR strategies, talent management, and organizational development initiatives that support business goals.

Job Responsibilities
  • Creating and rolling out organizational development programs like change management, employee engagement, culture change, and leadership training. Promote a culture that encourages high performance.
  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders. Understand their goals and challenges to help create and implement HR strategies that align with business needs.
  • Work with leaders to manage talent needs, such as onboarding new employees, managing performance, and supporting career growth. Help with planning for future leaders and keeping key talent within the company.
  • Lead and support HR projects, including creating new policies, improving processes, and rolling out new systems. Ensure these projects support the business effectively.
  • Build strong working relationships with teams like talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and learning and development. Clearly communicate HR policies and programs throughout the organization.
  • Create and apply strategies to improve organizational performance and meet company goals. Identify ways to boost the organization’s effectiveness.
  • Lead efforts to manage change by planning, assessing impacts, and implementing steps to support changes. Make sure communication and engagement are effective during these changes.
  • Design and run programs to improve leadership skills at all levels. Identify top talent and set up plans for leadership succession.
  • Develop strategies to keep employees motivated and engaged.
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (a degree in HR or Organizational Development is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Passion for working in the education sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect with people at all levels.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into effective HR plans.
  • Good understanding of organizational development and experience in promoting cultural and organizational change.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, using data to inform decisions.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
