Our client specializes in operating oil terminals and facilitating fuel trade with local communities, fisheries, and industrial plants in southern Thailand. The company also launched a gas station business and became listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. They have expanded their portfolio to encompass both oil and non-oil businesses, solidifying a strong presence throughout Thailand while remaining dedicated to community engagement and sustainable practice.
Job Responsibilities
To lead, strategize, and manage all facets of Human Resource (HR) operations, guiding people management across the organization. This includes HR policy communication, organizational development, talent management, succession planning, recruitment and workforce planning, as well as shaping the company’s employer brand, employee value proposition, and corporate culture.
Main Focus:
- Formulate and execute HR strategies in alignment with business goals.
- Drive a high-performance culture with a focus on innovation and improvement.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding to attract and retain talent.
- Implement performance management systems to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Develop training programs to foster skill enhancement and career progression.
- Create succession plans to maintain leadership continuity.
- Design competitive compensation and benefits packages to retain talent.
- Ensure adherence to legal requirements and industry standards.
- Cultivate a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Address and resolve employee concerns promptly and fairly.
- Champion initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Manage change processes for growth and transformation.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies to minimize risk.
- Enforce policies and procedures to support a safe work environment.
- Promote DEI within the organization, creating a valued and inclusive environment for all.
- Utilize HR technology to optimize processes and data management.
- Stay informed of the latest HR tech innovations and best practices.
- Lead and inspire the HR team, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment
Experience requirements
- Minimum of 15 years in HR leadership roles, including at least 5 years in management, with a focus on workplace transformation.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions, modern HR concepts, tools, and practices, including career development, performance management, and People Analytics.
- Proven experience in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Talent Management & Succession Planning, HR Business Partnering, Employer Branding, and Corporate Culture.
- Familiarity with Thai labor law and industrial regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities; skilled in influencing and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong commitment to sustainability, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
