About the Company

Our client is a well-established consumer products company in Thailand which looking for an experienced HR leader to head the Human Resources and General Affairs department. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping HR strategies that directly support business goals, working closely with the management team. You’ll be responsible for managing core HR functions to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that support the company’s vision and business needs.
  • Manage and coordinate daily HR functions, including employee compensation, recruitment, policies, and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience from candidate sourcing to hiring.
  • Manage payroll operations, including time and attendance tracking and social security compliance.
  • Administer and improve the Human Resources Information System (HR software) to enhance HR operations.
  • Create and implement HR programs and communications that reflect the organization's vision and values.
  • Advise managers, supervisors, and employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Oversee employee compensation and benefits programs.
  • Regularly review and update HR policies to comply with local and national employment laws.
Experience requirements
  • 10 Years of relevant HR experience, with experience in management.
  • Strong understanding of Thai employment laws and regulations.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on practical problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
  • Fluent in English.
