Job Responsibilities
  • Assist the Operations Manager by establishing and maintaining various administrative documents, coordinating document flow, and ensuring accurate records for efficient management of manufacturing activities.
  • Support the Factory Manager with daily manufacturing activities, handle reception duties, answer incoming calls, and provide a welcoming experience for all visitors to the factory.
  • Assist in the purchasing of miscellaneous equipment and factory tools necessary for smooth operations, managing vendor relationships, and tracking inventory to prevent stock shortages.
  • Work closely with the Logistics Manager to handle daily delivery invoicing, perform product checks before dispatch, and maintain accurate records for all logistics documentation.
  • Oversee importation processes, including licensing and reception of chemical raw materials, and ensure all exportation procedures, including Form D, are followed for fragrance compounds. Keep all billing, tax invoices, and delivery documentation organized and accessible.
Experience requirements
  • At least 1 year experience in a Sales Coordinator, Import-Export, Logistics and Purchasing.
  • An experience in our fine chemicals, Fragrance and Flavors Industry will be a plus.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Good command of spoken and written English
Education requirements
  • Bachelor degree or Master’s Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Procurement or related field.
