Job Responsibilities
  • Strategy and Sales Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans, leading the sales team to execute these plans and achieve revenue targets.
  • Performance Analysis and Growth Maximization: Analyze sales, marketing, finance, and other performance reports to gain insights and identify opportunities for growth, optimizing both short-term and long-term business performance.
  • Business Partner Engagement: Maintain regular communication with Business Partners (Suppliers), keeping them informed on business progress and cultivating positive relationships to ensure strong, ongoing support.
  • Sales Forecasting and Budget Management: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets. Monitor sales volumes, revenues, and expenses against these forecasts to pinpoint issues and make resource adjustments for improved outcomes.
  • Business Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the business through partnerships, acquisitions, and entry into new markets.
  • Revenue and Profit Growth: Drive business growth by generating sales and increasing gross profits, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities, and identifying decision-makers within customer organizations to secure new business.
  • Market Coverage and Customer Engagement: Expand market coverage by building relationships with potential customers and key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and positioning the company’s products as solutions that add value, such as technical advantages or cost savings.
  • Market and Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on trends and influencing factors within relevant market segments, attend industry meetings and trade shows, and maintain key customer and partner relationships. Leverage this knowledge to strengthen the company’s competitive positioning and refine unique selling propositions.
  • Product and Application Expertise: Develop a strong technical understanding of products, their applications, and benefits across relevant industries, enabling the team to effectively communicate product value to customers.
Experience requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing of Food Ingredient or Personal care, Homecare, Cosmetics Chemicals.
  • Good command in English communication
  • Excellent people management, influencing, problem solving, communication, collaboration and negotiating skills.
  • Strategic, analytical, result driven, detail-oriented, resourceful and has initiatives.
  • Customer and people are oriented.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • High & demonstrable sense of entrepreneurship.
  • Demonstrate a healthy attitude towards work, customers, and team members.
Education requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in food science, Cosmetics, Chemistry, Pharmacy or related field
  • An additional degree in Business Administration or Management will be an advantage.
