Job Responsibilities
· Promote and Generate Business Opportunities: Introduce the company's ingredients and additives to potential customers, driving new business and expanding market presence.
· Customer Technical Support: Provide comprehensive technical support to customers, including conducting training sessions, on-site service, film coating machine setup, and scaling up operations as needed.
· Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute sales strategies to meet long-term and short-term sales targets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
· Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction, planning and implementing strategies for customer retention and expansion.
· Sales Planning and Target Achievement: Create and follow a detailed sales working plan aimed at increasing sales volume and reaching predefined sales targets.
· Collaboration with R&D: Partner with the R&D team to develop prototypes and demo kits that address customer needs and support product innovation.
· Reporting and Supplier Communication: Prepare and present sales reports, track sales volume, and liaise with suppliers for technical support, updates, and documentation.
Experience requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales and experience in field of Pharmaceutical/Food Supplement.
- Capability to deal with customers.
- Good in computer skill, Fluent in English, written and verbal communication skills.
- Own vehicle and driving license
- Knowledge or experience of film coating is a plus.
Education requirements
- Bachelor degree or master's degree in science, Pharmacy, Chemical or related field.
