Our client operates in the industrial sector, specializing in providing protective coatings and paint solutions for a wide range of industries.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage data for payroll processing (both permanent and outsource employees) as monthly and yearly basis by working and coordinating with employees, supervisors and line managers to get all concerned payroll information on time with accuracy of payment.
- Prepare and support annual compensation and benefits surveys (Korn Ferry and others) by work with direct superior in order to use for internal and external comparison.
- Prepare annual salary increment proposal and database by closely work with direct superior and Regional HR.
- Review compensation and benefits scheme by benchmarking with the market in order to ensure competitive package, the effectiveness and aligned with the market practice.
- Provide the remuneration package proposal for the successful candidates and promotion of the employees by evaluating the job to ensure the internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Prepare management reports and analysis data as request or assign by direct superior in order to give the overall pictures with details to management for further decision-making.
- Review and implement company’s policies which related to compensation and benefits regularly.
- Advise to all employees, supervisors, and line managers about compensation and benefits concerns in order to ensure all parties have understanding in the same direction.
- Manage all employees’ database in HRIS (Workday & myHR) to be updated and accurate by aligned with the company’s policies, rules, regulations, and Thai labor law.
Experience requirements
- Having 7 years plus for working experience in a fast paced environment focusing on compensation & benefits, payroll operations and HRIS.
- Current knowledge of C&B practices & regulations for Thailand
- Proficient in MS Excel (Advanced Level), 365 office
- Good command in English (both Writing & Speaking)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication, management, and analysis skill
- Good attitude, pro-active, analytic, service mind, problem-solving, flexible, and able to work under high pressure
- Have experience in working with a global and multi-national company.
