Presale Hardware Infrastructure

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Presales Hardware Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the sales team to define, design, and present infrastructure hardware solutions, including data storage, backup, and migration, that meet the unique needs of our customers. This role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to communicate complex solutions effectively, and experience in the infrastructure hardware sector.

• Define Infrastructure Solutions: Design and recommend hardware infrastructure solutions, focusing on data storage, backup, migration, and overall IT infrastructure management to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, provide technical expertise, and support business planning and strategy.
• Competitive Product Analysis: Conduct market analysis and product comparisons, evaluating competitive offerings in storage, backup, and infrastructure hardware.
• Solution Design & Presentation: Create detailed architectural designs and technical solutions for clients, ensuring the proposed infrastructure meets their business and technical needs.
• Proof of Concept (POC): Plan and execute Proof of Concept (POC) for hardware solutions, demonstrating product capabilities and performance to customers.
• Training & Enablement: Act as a trainer to customers and internal teams, providing product updates, technical training, and enabling better understanding of hardware infrastructure solutions.
• Product Comparison & Specification: Analyze product specifications, compare features and functions, and highlight key differences to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

• Experience: 1-3 years in a presales engineer/system engineer role, specifically in hardware infrastructure or similar functions.
• Skills: Ability to prioritize multiple demands while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Pressure Handling: Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Communication Skills: Proficient in English communication, especially for vendor interactions.

Degree: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
